The method of identifying the places of pollution of the river according to the data of operational monitoring of water is developed, based on the inverse solution of the mathematical model of processes in the river and the "Conditions- Impact-Reactions" method to identify these places using machine learning technologies and open satellite and vector data, which, in general, improves the efficiency and accuracy of the location of sources of pollution of the river. A pilot web system has been created that provides scalability and adaptation to known data formats.
