On the basis of the obtained results the methods of optimization of professional training of athletes in various sports have been developed. The developed techniques allow to study the functional state of athletes, to identify individual peculiarities of an athlete's body, the possibility of their correction and control of the training process in the chosen sport. On the basis of the revealed features of development in the ontogenesis of the corresponding psychophysiological and motor mechanisms of human body activity it is planned to develop a technique for their improvement through special training loads.
