Subject of research - indicators of quality of life, depression, anxiety, molecular and biochemical mechanisms of side effects of anticonvulsants with different mechanism of action. The purpose of the research: To substantiate the factors influencing the quality of life of patients with myasthenia, as well as theoretically substantiate and experimentally determine the relationship between the effectiveness and safety of anticonvulsants of different chemical structures and various mechanisms of anticonvulsant activity. Methods of research - clinical, immunological, neuropsychological, pharmacological, biochemical, histological, immunohistochemical, biostatistics. Obtained results: Immunological features of the development of myasthenia in patients with different clinical forms were determined. The manifestations of depression, anxiety, and also features of their influence on the quality of life of patients with myasthenia have been studied. It was first discovered that corazol curlling is accompanied by a displacement of the thiol-disulphide system of the neuron by reducing its reduced intermediates-a significant reduction in the level of cytosolic glutathione and suppressing the activity of glutathione reductase (GR). It has been shown for the first time that anticonvulsants, whose action is accompanied by an increase in the content of reduced glutathione and a decrease in the marker of nitric stimulating stress in the brain, exhibit less pronounced side effects in relation to cognitive functions of the central nervous system.
