The method of preoperative therapy of erectile dysfunction in patients with penile deviations has been developed, which helps to improve the result of operative treatment, patented the modification of surgical treatment of such patients, and improved postoperative rehabilitation of patients. It has been established that diseases leading up to penile deviations reduce the reproductive and sexual function of men, destabilize family relationships, lead to a significant number of divorces, a decrease in personal self-esteem, a sense of inferiority, and the formation of psychological complexes. Timely surgical intervention for the correction of congenital or acquired deviation of the penis in combination with erectile dysfunction with the help of phalloprosthesis contributes to the normalization of the male sexual function, improvement of their psychosexual status and, consequently, improvement of the quality of life.
