This unite is intended to determine the coefficient of purification of gaseous radioactive waste from iodine and methyl iodide by sorbents, which are used at nuclear power plants in Ukraine. The possibility is substantiated of the using of stable iodine for determination of adsorption capacity of carbon adsorbents. There have been carried out the development, installation, start-up and adjustment of the pump module and a measurement module, using model gaseous mixtures of methyl iodide on a basis of stable isotope of iodine 127I. The software was developed, which allows using the unit in semi-automatic mode. The instruction was developed on the operation of the unit SKIF.
