The main results of the research phase: analysis of the main types of man-made disasters, analysis of the causes of their occurrence, the main factors of the causes of such phenomena; the proposed system of technological safety management of the enterprise, the peculiarity of which is that with its help, every step (stage) in the production, storage and transportation of raw materials, auxiliary and grocery materials is studied in detail, the specific risks and dangers are revealed, effective methods of control and monitoring are applied; the necessity for Ukraine to train specialists in the field of forecasting and prevention of man-made disasters and general requirements for the branches of knowledge necessary for such specialists is substantiated.
