A traffic scheduling model has been developed that combines the stages of data acquisition and processing, data actuation control, RH search in the situation of violation of traffic safety conditions, the definition and implementation of a compromise impact, and provides a comprehensive approach to the task of monitoring the work of the railway. The analysis of the most effective systems of control and distribution of resources, namely GRID-systems, is carried out. A number of parameters have been identified that affect the efficiency of resources in GRID systems. Modified methods for the distribution of tasks in GRID systems are developed, the essence of which is the convolution of parameters based on the multiplicative function. The theoretical, methodological and scientific-practical provision of improvement of the enterprise management system based on the introduction of information intellectual technologies is developed in the work. Practical testing of the obtained scientific results makes it possible to conclude that it is expedient to use them for enterprises of the Ukrainian economy.
