The complex method of treatment of the use of alcohol with harmful consequences under conditions of increased stress through the complex action of a variety of psychotherapy for the formation of sufficient compliance and pharmacotherapy is developed. It is proved, that using of this method allows to significantly reducing the alcohol consumption in conditions of constantly acting factors of increased stress, including during combat operations.
