The determination of the main factors of edafotope fertility is an obligatory element of environmental monitoring system. Comparative data analysis of quantitative composition of chernozem's microorganisms in experimental results of determination of biogeocoenoses showed that there is a simple pattern: in all samples was held the process of enrichment of soil by microorganisms in case of application of the No-Till technology, and reduction of microbiota due to agrarian exploitation of soil by traditional technology.5481
