The aim of the work is, based on own research and the synthesis of the experience of leading European scientists, to identify the most effective methods of integrated teaching of information technologies and natural sciences, as well as the most effective types of control of students' educational activities, in accordance with the concept of reorganization of higher educational institutions in Ukraine; Methods of research: theoretical - generalization of advanced pedagogical experience in the Technical UniversitiesI, modeling the process of adaptive learning of natural sciences; diagnostic - use of a series of studies on the influence of various factors on the formation of students competence in natural sciences, statistical analysis of the results of the pedagogical experiment and their analysis; forming - development of methodology of adaptive learning of students. The main factors and formulated concepts are developed, which allow to create a system of adaptive teaching of student youth with a strong accentuation of cognitive features (expressed signs of mosaic thinking), which corresponds to the concept of reorganization of institutions of higher education in Ukraine. The research results are implemented in the educational process of the Department of Information Technologies and Physical and Mathematical Sciences of the Kherson Branch of the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding and used in the teaching of disciplines "Physics", "Higher Mathematics", "Theoretical Mechanics", "Electrical Engineering". Foreseeable assumptions about the development of the research object are the development of a new concept of teaching natural sciences in the Technical Universities of Ukraine.
