Bogatsky, Physico-Chemical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The work is dedicated to studying of presence in the pharmacological spectrum of sompound C007 (form II) and its impurities (impurities C and D) and impurity B in the API Levana the anxyolitic (forsed swimming test) and anticonvulsive (penthylenetetrazole-induces seizures test) components after the single intragastral administration of the mentioned compounds. It was found that anxyolitic action is not revaled in this test but the compounds found to have certain inhibitory action that is expressed in reduction of the active swimming indicator. Anticonvulsive action of impurities of API C007 is comparable after intragastral administration (ЕД50 for impurity С- 0,4±0,28 mg/kg, for impurity D - 0,3±0,2 mg/kg).
