The purpose is to improve the rules for preparing documentation for industrial products for the formation of SFD. Research Methods - Comparison and Analytical Research. The results of the work - researched, analyzed and systematized the selected information, determined the direction of research, took into account changes in the regulatory and legal base of Ukraine, developed algorithms for the preparation of technical documentation for industrial products for the formation of SFD, modeled these processes, determined the rules for preparing and sending for microfilming industrial products for the production of defense, mobilization and economic purposes. The novelty of the work is that on the basis of the conducted researches the rules of preparation and sending of documentation for industrial products for the formation of SFD will be standardized. The implementation of the results will provide the subjects of the state SFD system involved in the formation of the insurance fund documentation, as well as other legal and natural persons who are involved in the performance of these works, a national regulatory document that will determine the rules for preparation for microfilming of documentation for industrial products and its departure.
