The object of study - the automobile transport enterprises. The purpose of the work is to improve the efficiency of road transport enterprises performing road transport by examining new and improving the existing forms of organizing transport work, introducing the latest technologies in the organizational processes of road transport. Research methods: simulation and mathematical modeling, theoretical and experimental research, mathematical processing of statistical data, statistical analysis, analytical, time-keeping, computational and theoretical, etc. Considered technological methods of repair (recovery) parts. Selected equipment and equipment for operations with increased risk in the repair and restoration of vehicles The monitoring of quality criteria accounting methods for passenger transportation by urban public transport was conducted. Formed classification of efficiency indicators of transport provision The monitoring of the quality of passenger service as a set of indicators was investigated; they reveal violations of the rights of passengers when using the route of the urban passenger transport system and their reference values. An algorithm for predicting the place of concentration of accidents on the scale of the city, which is necessary for research on ODA. Methods for solving conflict situations are proposed on the example of the city of Mariupol. A mechanism for managing conflicting traffic flows in phase transitions is proposed. Methodological bases for evaluating the work of the motor transport cluster of the seaports of Ukraine have been developed.
