The purpose of the work is to develop a "Degassing project 863 lava of the C8 seam of the mine "Western-Donbaska" of the PSS "TernivskеMineGroup" Private Joint-stock Company "DTEK Pavlogradugol". Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematical statistics, calculations by standard methods. As a result of the work, technical documentation was analyzed on the development of 863 lavas of the C8 seam of the mine "Western-Donbaska" of the PSS "TernivskеMineGroup" Private Joint-stock Company "DTEK Pavlogradugol". The calculation of the expected methane emission within the excavation area, the required degassing efficiency of the excavation site, the parameters and the degassing regime of the roof by boreholes have been performed. Developed "Measures to manage the degassing system of the excavation site 863 of the lava of the S8N layer during fires in the mine workings." The project "Degassing 863 lavas of the C8 seam of the mine "Western-Donbaska" PSS "TernivskеMineGroup" Private Joint-stock Company "DTEK Pavlogradugol" was developed.
