The prognosis of gas safety is executed in making of sheth of 1 lava of central slope of layer of k5 block №4 at stopping of degassing. Stopping of degassing of mine-out space of temporally shut-down sheth of 1 lava of central slope of layer of k5 block №is concerted 4 horizon a 986 m at the observance of terms on providing of gas safety. "Conclusion is given out about possibility of stopping of degassing of mine-out space of temporally shut-down sheth of 1 lava of central slope of layer of k5 block №4 "Mine "Kapital'naya" State Enterprise "Mirnogadugol". Results of introduction of developments - application of the worked out recommendations allowed to provide gas safety at the conduct of mountain works, that has a large socio-economic and ecological value.
