The chronopsychological profiles of persons with special needs have been identified; the four groups of a child special needs are highlighted taking into account different levels systems and some specific family needs within the family subsystems; the persons' emotional-volitional sphere features of different nosological groups are described. The individuals' psychological maintenance algorithm has been developed taking into account the personality chronopsychological profile, the specifics of their somatic development, cognitive and emotional-volitional components and the system of the individual actual needs.
