The aim of this work is developing new noise-immune methods and devices for forming, processing and measuring wide-band signals with regular and chaotic dynamics for radio-informational systems of industrial and military objects. The subject of study is static and dynamic characteristics of devices for processing and measuring radio signals with frequency information encoding on a base of capacitance and inductance effects in semiconductor structures with negative resistance and quantum effects in Josephson junctions. In the research work, new and improved well-known methods and devices for generating, processing and measuring signals from radio information systems of industrial and military facilities have been developed. The principle of their operation is based on nonlinear properties, capacitive and inductive effects of semiconductor structures with negative differential resistance, and on the basis of quantum effects of Josephson junctions. New and improved well-known mathematical models of such devices are proposed. Methods for estimating the parameters of bit errors in industrial and military radio information systems are proposed and improved. The results of theoretical and experimental studies, as well as mathematical and computer circuit simulation are given.
