Parameters are established by the QLS mode, which ensure the formation of microcrystalline, partially crystallized, conditionally and truly structural states. It was shown that quenching from a liquid state is accompanied by a significant strengthening of Al-PM alloys due to the formation of abnormally supersaturated solid solutions and dispersed phase mixtures. It has been established that, when the surface of molten samples is melted by laser pulses, the areas with the eutectic structure exhibit the greatest tendency to non-crystalline solidification. The technological modes of manufacturing were worked out, and the properties of new class metal polymers were investigated. Based on the results of studies of the relationships between the parameters of micro- and fine crystalline structures with mechanical properties of low-carbon structural steels, heat treatment modes were determined according to which the steels acquire specified structural states and improved properties.
