The study was conducted on the basis of the Askaniyska state station of the IIA NAAS in the Kherson region. The object of the research is soil quality indicators for various types of tillage, the influence of salicylic acid on plant growth and development in the structure of soybean-winter wheat rotation. The purpose of the work is the development of appropriate management methods based on new and holistic approaches to the structure of crop rotation and cover crops using substances that alleviate plant stress using no-till technologies that improve soil quality (health), efficient use of water and nutrients, and reduce emissions of greenhouse gases and the economic efficiency of crops through the expansion of the agroecosystem based on US technology, practice and experience, have been accumulated x for many years. The influence of a chemical inducer (salicylic acid) on increasing the productivity of crops and plant conservation in the arid conditions of southern Ukraine is established. The relationships in the treatment of salicylic acid on soil quality indicators are determined.
