Most frequent complications of pregnancy, registered among women of high risk from Lviv region, were involuntary miscarriages. The most frequent among extragenital pathology in high risk pregnant women from Lviv region were urinary tract disorders, on the second place - blood circulation lesions and on the 3-d place - diabetes. High frequency of pregnancy losses in terms before 22 weeks and premature deliveries established in the investigated group of women.
