The proposed method is much more efficient than the standard method for producing onion-shaped nanographites at temperatures around 2500 ° C in an inert atmosphere. It has been established that hybrid (Eu @ CNx) luminescent nanodiamonds exhibit unique properties in terms of luminescence intensity. The method of the modified crystal field theory has been improved, in which the contribution of 4fn-15d1 configurations is taken into account. The method allows you to simulate the change in the intensity of the luminescence spectra of ions, depending on their location near the surface of the nanoparticles, as well as in the presence of vacancies in the coordination complex. It was found that the luminescence spectra of MgAl2O4: Sm3 + spinel nanoparticles are formed as a result of the joint emission of several types of coordination complexes, with maximum emission from the complex, corresponding to the location of the samarium ion on the surface of the nanoparticle. It was shown that spinel nanoparticles with sizes of about 5 nm show the most intense luminescence, while surface segregation in nanocrystals of large 10 nm with a concentration of 1.0 wt.% And 1.5 wt.% Sm3 + ions leads to quenching of luminescence.
