Results: There were determined 4 types of hypercalciuria according to their dynamics in 75% of patients with absorptive (10%), renal (12.8%), renal-calcium acidosis (9.5%). Pathogenetic substantiated schemes were developed for the complex metaphylaxis of oxalic nephrolithiasis, which reduces the recurrence rate to 7.45% versus 20%.
