The aim of the work is the development of the program code for improving the technology of turning the GTE parts on CNC machines with the use of varying cutting speed and feeding. The method of investigation is experimental. The review of scientific and technical literature and patent information on increasing the vibration resistance of machining processes by cutting under conditions of varying the speeds of the main motion and feed is reviewed. A program code has been developed for CNC machine tools, which allow turning machining in conditions of varying cutting and feeding speeds. The evaluation of the possibilities of CNC machines to perform turning with variable speed of spindle rotation and feed, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the drives of the main movement of CNC machine tools, characterizing the actual range of possible operation of the work drives in conditions of varying the cutting speed. The results of the work make it possible to improve the processing capacity, the quality of the treated surface by using the developed program code and to provide vibration free cutting on the lathe operations of GTE parts processing.
