The purpose of the research - is to analyze the advanced methods of forming a culture of professional safety (KBSD) in the system of higher education, to develop a methodology for the study of tools for broadcasting KBSD to university students. Methods of research - analysis of normative and legislative documents, theoretical analysis of philosophical, cultural, psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of research, systematization, generalization of pedagogical experience, forecasting, modeling of processes related to psychological and pedagogical correction of students regarding the instigation of their CBD. The result of the work - analysis of the current state of the constituent safety culture of professional activities, development of the method of psycho-diagnostic testing, its conduct and analysis of the data to assess the effectiveness of pedagogical impact on the formation of KBSD. Theoretical significance - Familiarity with the legislative, administrative and methodological framework that is used in other countries to form the KPPD is to use the obtained results and developed methods for correcting the methodological basis of educational institutions of Ukraine in order to increase the effectiveness of the formation of the necessary level of security culture of professional activities. The result of the research and development study materials introduced into the educational process at the Department of Technological and Civil Security of the Academy of Sciences named after Admiral Makarov, serve as a basis for further theoretical and practical developments on the topic of this scientific work. The urgency of the problem of KPPD indicates that the research materials of the GDR have prospects for use in educational and methodological developments of the universities of Ukraine.
