Calculations of geometrical, heat engineering and energy indicators of the building, energy demand for heating, average time spent on ventilation, total energy consumption during heat subsystem of heat transfer / allocation, energy consumption in lighting and hot water supply are defined. The indexes of facade glazing coefficient, compactness, internal heat capacity, energy efficiency class of engineering systems and buildings in general were estimated, conformity of building to the normative requirements of specific energy consumption was estimated. The recommendations for improving the energy efficiency of a building taking into account local climatic conditions are given. The energy passport of the building contains primary information for developing measures to increase energy efficiency and attract investments for reconstruction, overhaul, technical re-equipment (thermo-modernization) or in the event of a change of ownership of the building.
