Subject of research: financial relations between the state, enterprises and financial institutions in the process of attraction and use of financial resources. The purpose of the research: Determination of laws of development of finance of enterprises of corporate sector of economy of Ukraine and substantiation of practical recommendations for overcoming of negative tendencies. Research methods: systemic, comparative, structural-functional analysis, statistical comparisons of aggregated indicators of finances of enterprises The study covers the following tasks: the impact of macrofinancial and institutional factors on the peculiarities of the functioning of the finances of enterprises of the corporate sector of the Ukrainian economy; analysis of trends and risk assessments in corporate sector finances; the isolation of specific imbalances in the structure of capital of non-financial corporations in terms of sectors of the economy and size of enterprises; identification of major imbalances in the finances of enterprises that restrain investment activity and development of existing enterprises and hinder inter-sectoral realifocufion of resources in the economy; assessment of the impact of taxation and concentration of capital in financial and industrial groups on the finances of enterprises of the corporate sector of the Ukrainian economy; Identification of key factors in the formation of relations between enterprises and banks and the stock market; definition of priority types of economic activity and mechanisms of their financial support; generalization of laws of development of finance of enterprises of corporate sector of economy of Ukraine and development of recommendations for overcoming of negative tendencies in their dynamics. Results: The factors and regularities of the finance development of enterprises of the corporate sector of the Ukrainian economy are determined. It is proved that under the influence of the deficit of free financial resources in the corporate sector of Ukraine, on the aggregate level formed a distorted model of business financing, which manifests itself as "offshore" of financial flows, financing of operating activities and investments at the expense of non-financial debt (payables and other liabilities) , which takes place against the backdrop of curtailing the financial relations of enterprises with banks and non-bank financial institutions. The uneven distribution of risks in the sector of non-financial corporations is revealed, which is manifestation of an abnormally high level of debt dependence and the concentration of "bad" debts in the segment of small and medium enterprises. It has been established that for a large business conservative financing patterns are characteristic, which is a protective response to the high risks of loss of business control and common practices of unfriendly actions (raids). Methodical approaches and recommendations for monitoring the state of finances of enterprises of the corporate sector, identification of disproportions on the basis of a representative database of enterprises are developed. The application of these approaches enables to assess the impact of changes in the state legislation, investment climate, macrofinancial environment on the finances of enterprises of the corporate sector and to determine the instruments of the state economic policy aimed at eliminating existing imbalances in the corporate sector finances in Ukraine. The degree of implementation: individual results are proposed to the public authorities for use in managerial and law-making activities in the monitoring of trends in corporate sector finances and the development of tools. Scope of application: state policy in the field of finance of enterprises of the corporate sector.
