The purpose of the work was to investigate the biophysical properties of inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate receptors (IP3Rs) of the nuclear membrane of cardiomyocytes. The research method is the registration of the ion currents of the nuclear membrane using patch-clamp method in "nucleus-attached" or "excised patch"configuration in voltage-clamp mode, isolation the nuclei of rat cardiomyocytes, cardiomyocytes isolation, fluorescence microscopy, immunohistochemistry. The properties of the IR3Rs of the native nuclear membrane of cardiomyocytes and their sensitivity to agonists and modulating agents were were investigated for the first time.
