The main tasks of the work are: the development of a methodological approach to determining the influence of environmental factors on the activities of an enterprise; improving the classification of changes in organizational structures according to the influence of a key part of the structure on the activities of an enterprise as classification criteria; development of a theoretical and methodological approach to the formation of a functional conflict between the constituent parts of an enterprise; improvement of the methodological approach to the transformation of the organizational structure of the enterprise in the development process; improvement of an integrated approach to the use of strategic management schools in the management of the enterprise development process; development of a generalized matrix for determining the direction of enterprise renewal; value innovation as an indicator of assessing the increase in the efficiency of the enterprise; modern management concepts for improving the efficiency of the construction enterprise. The object of study is the process of enterprise management, aimed at improving the efficiency of its activities. The subject of research is the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of the enterprise management process, aimed at improving the efficiency of its activities in a turbulent external environment. The theoretical and methodological basis of the work was a set of scientific works in the field of economics, philosophy, conflict management, concerning the effective management of enterprises, the effectiveness of structural transformations, transformation processes, functional conflicts, the application of strategic approaches in practical management; analytical calculations and the results of the authors' own research. The tasks were solved using the following methods: method of cognition, theoretical generalization and comparison; system analysis and synthesis method; structural modeling method; expert assessment method; method of economic and mathematical modeling; simplex linear programming method. Based on the results of the research, theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations on the implementation of modern enterprise management were proposed, and indicators were developed for assessing the effectiveness of its activities in a turbulent external environment.
