The purpose of the work is to improve the institutional provision of certain industrial infrastructure sectors (transport, power supply sectors) and to develop proposals to improve their functioning in the context of the recovery and growth of Ukraine's economy. Research results and their scientific novelty: the results of the research are based on the generalization of modern theoretical and methodological developments, the development of methodological provisions and practical assessments of institutional support for the functioning of Ukraine's industrial infrastructure. In the theoretical and methodological plan, methodological bases for assessing institutional changes in the sectors of industrial infrastructure and their impact on ensuring the growth and recovery of the Ukrainian economy have been developed. In practical terms, a modern assessment of institutional support for the functioning of the industrial infrastructure in the context of European integration processes has been implemented; substantiated the basic mechanisms of implementation of the institutional support of the industrial infrastructure in the conditions of growth and restoration of the economy of Ukraine; the priorities of the institutional provision of separate sectors of the industrial infrastructure (transport, power supply sectors) were developed, proposals for improving the state regulation of the functioning of the industrial infrastructure were developed. Significance of work and conclusions. Research work is executed according to the high standards of the world-level research. In Ukraine, it is necessary to create an institutional environment and implement EU legislation and parallel achievement of high economic and ecological efficiency of functioning of the industrial infrastructure.
