The purpose of the study is to develop the provisions of the theoretical, methodological and applied nature in order to ensure the legislative consolidation of the system of economic and legal means, the action of which is aimed at increasing the level of energy security of Ukraine and the effective functioning of the energy industry of the economy, substantiating proposals for improving the legislation in this area. Conceptual principles of development of the system of economic and legal provision of Ukraine's energy security, aimed at protecting national economic interests, have been formed. According to the results of the study, analytical notes, proposals for amending the acts of the current legislation of Ukraine, clarification of certain provisions of draft laws, expert conclusions to draft laws and corresponding agreements in the interests of business entities (total 13) were prepared. The results of research are summarized in 170 publications, which are represented by 6 collective monographs, 158 articles and theses of reports in collections of materials of international and all-Ukrainian conferences, 2 brochures, 2 collections of materials of organized scientific conferences.
