The capacity values for substituted spinels at significant current load have been turned out to be closed to sample pyrolized on argon. However, specific capacity of substituted spinels is less; at the current load of 1,0 C it does not exceed 40 mА h/g. Consequently, pyrolisis of precursors Li4Ti5O12 on argon and obtaining material, which conductivity is ensured by modifying the surface with the layer of carbon, is more effective for obtaining spinels for lithium-ion power sources, than in the case of heterovalent substitution in the titanium sublattice.
