The purpose of scientific and technical work is to carry out verification by an automated expert system of evaluation of thermograms, integrated into a digital contact thermograph, intended for screening examination of women for the detection of diseases of the mammary gland. Methods of research - quantitative analysis of thermomagnems using statistical and fractal analysis; comparison of the results obtained with the use of AES estimation of thermograms and traditional methods of examination of the mammary glands. On the basis of comparison of the results of the study with the use of AES, the evaluation of thermograms and data from women's studies, which simultaneously passed the examination of mammary glands with traditional diagnostic methods (X-ray, ultrasound, biopsy), was verified by an AES. It is established that its sensitivity is 73.8%, specificity - 84.4%.
