The aim of the study is increasing the safety of Ukraine coal industry. The research was conducted using the following methods: analysis of existing documentation on labor protection in Europe, the method of mathematical statistics, generalization of existing results and their adaptation to the coal industry of Ukraine. For the first time, changes to the production and health management system have been made, taking into account the requirements of international standards existing in Europe. For the first time a generalization of materials from the labor protection for the countries of Europe was completed and adapted to the coal industry of Ukraine. The guideline will be implemented at all levels of the coal industry institutions of Ukraine.
