Towards the direction "Institutional factors of the market environment development": First time: - The theoretical basis for the development of the domestic market for innovative products is grounded, based on the developed and verified hypothesis about the interdependence of this process with the formation of a technological entrepreneurship system in the country, which is defined as the only integrated social institution that ensures the close relationship of the elements: education, science, technology, innovation, technology entrepreneurship and coordination of interests of all stakeholders of innovative development. - The concept of forming a technological entrepreneurship system (TES) for the development of innovative goods markets has been developed, which is based on the principles of focus, integrity, self-organization, completeness, competition, openness and meets the criteria for the effectiveness of the technological entrepreneurship system: stability, balance, reliability; taking into account the laws of the information economy (strengthening the processes of integration of globalization and a significant reduction in the cycle of mastering and disseminating new technologies), as well as the factors that are the second to impede the innovative development of the domestic economy (organizational, financial, economic). - The methodological basis of the research of innovative technological entrepreneurship potential in Ukraine, including: feasibility of the necessary preconditions for the formation and use of new knowledge as a resource for economic and social progress; definition of the category "innovative potential of technological entrepreneurship" in the context of the development of the domestic market for innovative products on a dialectical basis; system-level indicators to assess the development of innovative potential of technological entrepreneurship, which is formed on the basis of two subsystems (innovative human resources and the economic and environmental potential of technological entrepreneurship); the definition of hypotheses, methods of scientific knowledge and assumptions regarding the verification of their loyalty; methodological principles; economic support for the formation, use and development of the innovative potential of technological entrepreneurship, taking into account the scientific and technical infrastructure. - A methodical approach has been developed to build a structural model of the motivation of the technological entrepreneurship system to develop the market for innovative products, the essence of which consists in combining the identifier and classifier models that, through synergy, provide a general assessment of the potential suitability of the region's technological entrepreneurship system to develop the market for innovative products factors affecting the object of motivation. Improved: - Conceptual apparatus of the theory of national economy in terms of providing definitions of concepts: = "Technological entrepreneurship" is an entrepreneurial activity to transform scientific knowledge into innovative ideas for creating new products and technologies adapted to modern value-added chains; = "Technology entrepreneurship system" is the only integrated social institution "education, science, technology, innovation, technological entrepreneurship"; = "Innovation potential of technology entrepreneurship" is a combination of professional, technical, scientific, research, infrastructure, industrial, investment and financial, information, market and environmental potentials, as well as the potential of their total labor, characterized by forms of combination of individual potentials in technological entrepreneurship and ensured by an appropriate level of education and scientific and technical infrastructure (financial, regulatory, national, industrial and technological, informational, expert and consulting, etc.); = "All-Ukrainian classifier of innovative products" is a systematic list of classification groups, names and codes of types of innovative products based on the most characteristic features of the market for innovative products; = "An innovative product" is a new product or technology created by technology entrepreneurs based on new ideas in order to meet the requirements of consumers of these products; = "Innovative product market" is a system of organizational and economic relations between scientists - developers of new ideas, entrepreneurs of the real sector of the economy and technological entrepreneurs, who are a link, and carry out organizational and functional activities. - Methodical approach to the selection of priority markets for innovative products, which is based on the proof of two hypotheses: 1) the priority for development are the markets that allow to meet the needs of the population (that is, the priority is to stimulate demand for innovative products) and 2) new markets should be based on the network principle, and selection criteria (the market should be focused on the needs of the person as an end user; be important to the development of the economy; the market may become significant worldwide; to build a market in the country should be: developed scientific and technical potential and social potential of entrepreneurship, as well as state support is provided). - Methodological support for assessing the level of innovative potential of technological entrepreneurship in the region based on integral indices, which are built on the principle of structure-forming factors using a system-praxeological approach, including the constructed database for determining indicators of the level of this indicator, the method of integral assessment of its level, the use of which, unlike the existing ones, makes it possible to determine the potential and real possibilities of the region in the context of innovation ion potential of technological entrepreneurship. - Methodical approach to the definition of the main groups of innovative products by identifying such classification features as: level of novelty, source of funding, scale of implementation, requirements of technological entrepreneurs, requirements of end users. Received further development: - Theoretical principles for the development of the market for innovative products in Ukraine, based on providing the identified necessary (highly developed education system; increasing the social role of the scientist; a certain technological base that generates demand for innovative products; developed infrastructure of research and development) and sufficient (ensuring the protection of intellectual property of scientists competitive business environment in the country) conditions that are provided by the implementation of the state policy of development of the domestic market for innovative products, which should be formed according to the following methodological principles: individual orientation; priority management; stability; effective regulation and quality service; self-regulation and self-organization; active communication; transparency and openness; resource availability and protection; feedback. - Theoretical approach to the formation of the mechanism for implementing the state policy of developing the domestic market for innovative products based on a systemic combination of information and process approaches as an integrated mechanism, whose components are management (as a tool of center influence) and interaction (as a tool for coordinating the interests of all market actors) is an integral system, including: object, center, algorithm, desired results, factors, assumptions and elements that provide Treat active feedback of subjects and the center. - Justification of the organizational principles of ensuring the development and e Product Description popup.authors Бондаренко О.В.
