The parameters of the geotechnical systems of the supporting-anchor fastening and mine getting up, which provide intensification of mountain works taking into account the requirements of safety and saving of resources, are grounded. The parameters of the safe and saving resources intensive conducting of mountain works at development of coal deposits and non-metallic raw material are grounded, recommendations on of long duration maintenance of the mountain making and monitoring of their state for these terms are developed. The parameters of tubular conveyer, which provide stability of motion of ribbon with a load, minimum twisting of ribbon and dynamic efforts, on roller supports and rollers are grounded; conformities to the law of intercommunication between the parameters of vertical conveyer and dynamic efforts during his starting and braking are set. Basic conformities to the law and critical levels of loadings and stability of motion under the steep angle of slope to horizon of the combined rail transport system with the heavy freight automatic tippers of deep quarries are certain. The methods of calculation of rubber futerovky for providing of intensification of enrichment of mineral raw material and section of the European standard on protective vibration seismic blocks are developed. Exchange processes are explored and the kinetic model of extraction of scandium is certain by a hard extraction agent from models and multicomponent system on the basis of salt chlorates, influence of concomitant elements on the degree of exception of scandium. Physical and chemical parameters which influence on the exception of sum of the rare landed elements from a phosphoric gypsum by ionic resins and their desorbtsyyu are certain. The scientific and methodical providing of intensification of process of destruction of strong breeds with the zonal dynamic displays of mountain pressure and violations of their wholeness is developed. The methods of management by the parameters of tekhnogennykh deposits which are formed in the depositories of wastes of enrichment and recommendation in the case of storage of pul'py of high concentration are developed. The rational parameters of kompleksyrovanyya geo-mechanical and aerodynamic processes which flow in the system "array of contiguous areas of coulisses are certain is maintenance and ventilation of making" taking into account the requirements of safety and saving of resources.
