The purpose of the work is to create and test a model of a typical web-based system of NAS services for organizing and conducting a scientific conference on the topic of a standard scientific research center on the example of the program "Fundamental problems of creation of new nanomaterials and nanotechnologies". We propose an approach based on the developed digital model of the subject system (CMSS) of NAS of Ukraine (on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 platform) and corporate information resources of the NAS of Ukraine (on the Microsoft Sharepoint 2013/2016 platform).Research methods are based on the use of: modern cloud technologies; the data center infrastructure of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine; industrial platforms to inform the typical activities of large geographically distributed Microsoft corporations; corporate standards of workflow in the NAS of Ukraine; experience of CPI on informatization of scientific, scientific-organizational and coordination activity of NAS of Ukraine. Main results of the project: a web interface of the system of planning and control of the implementation of scientific activities of NAS of Ukraine and architectural decision of a typical site for presentation of the event at the example of a scientific conference on the topic of a comprehensive program of fundamental research of NAS of Ukraine "Fundamental problems of creation of new nanomaterials and nanotechnologies".
