The purpose of the study - define physiological and social abilities to professional orientation and reorientation of elderly workers for the purpose increasing level to employment of the population. We have revealed that amongst elderly workers work below its qualifications both employees, and worker, in the first place, this concerns the women. We studied point of view the present-day leaders to employee of the elderly people and have revealed that in professional sphere present-day society exists the discriminatory model of the relations to people of the elderly age. We analysed the problems to employment of the elderly people and on this base have developed the structured scheme of the shaping the conditions for continuation of labor activity in the elderly age on state and individual level. We have offered ergonomic module to labor activity of the elderly workers, which potentially solves the applied spectrum of the problems professional orientation and reorientation of the elderly workers.
