Results - in patients with DRTB and co-infection DRTB/HIV/AIDS damage of internal organs occurs by different pathogenetic mechanisms, which requires a differentiated approach to the treatment of these patients. In patients with DRTB in a terminal state biochemical parameters exceed the physiological level by 1.3 times. While in patients with co-infection DRTB/HIV/AIDS there is an increase in the levels of total bilirubin (1.5 times the norm) due to the direct fraction (6 times the norm), a twofold increase in the activity of serum transaminases, dyslipidemia (lipoprotein levels were almost 2 times higher than normal) and dysproteinemia (thymol test was 6 times higher than normal), which explained the accumulation of nitrogenous slags: urea (8.56 ± 0.98 mmol/L), residual nitrogen (34.77 ± 5.3 mmol/L) and creatinine (186 29 ± 26.58 ?mol/L). The appointment of immunoglobulin G in the complex treatment of patients with DRTB/HIV helped to reduce the manifestations of anemia by reducing the toxic load on the hematopoiesis and normalizing white blood counts with a decrease of the clinical manifestations of intoxication, which allowed prescribing ARVT and prevent the development of systemic inflammation in patients with DRTB/HIV with severe immunosuppression (CD4 + <200).
