Study methodology: general clinical examination, investigations (ECG, EchoECG, BP evaluation). Results: abnormal heat is associated with increased number of cardiovascular events. Different effects of various anti-hypertension drugs combinations were evaluated both during heat waves and in cold seasons. Compliance with medical and sanitary recommendations targeting appropriate behavior during heat waves was effective in prevention of cardiovascular complications and improvement of quality of life in target patients.
