The sample of the study consisted of 24 injured abdominal trauma patients who needed surgical interventions. All patients were evaluated for severity of PTS-grade injuries, as well as the determination of PI, SpO2 and heart rate indices using pulse oximeters with a range of 0.3 to 10% perfusion index (norm 4-5%). According to the correlation analysis, a probable association between the anatomical and functional assessment of the severity of PTS damage and the size of PI in the wounded at the time of hospitalization (Spirman correlation coefficient r = -0.62, p = 0.001) was established. In the program of diagnostic measures, the ultrasound FAST protocol is used, which, depending on the volume of free fluid in the abdominal cavity, is an indicator of expediency of the use of laparoscopy. Given the characteristics of gunshot wounds, the severity of the course of traumatic illness, we have developed indications and contraindications for the use of endovideosurgical treatment of wounded with abdominal warfare traumas. Developed indications for conversion laparotomy during the laparoscopic stage of diagnostic and treatment measures. The suggested technical recommendations of surgical techniques in the use of laparoscopy for wounded with an abdominal traumatic injury. The method of dynamic laparoscopy was developed based on the tactic "second look" with the use of 5 mm of laparoport, which allowed to conduct low traumatic dynamic onitoring of the abdominal cavity at the subsequent levels of medical care. Thus, the proposed method was applied in 15 (19.7%) severely wounded in abdomen, which allowed to minimally traumatic conduct dynamic laparoscopy (second look) at the next levels of medical care and to ensure that there is no postoperative complications Product Description popup.authors
