The article of researches is degassing of coal and rock massive in the conditions of State Enterprise "Mine the name of M.S.Surgay". Aim of work - to execute research of sources of metane relasse and work out "Project of degassing of sheth of 19 east lava of layer of С11 State Enterprise "Mine the name of M.S.Surgay". Methods of researches are generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematical statistics, calculations on standard methodologies. As a result of implementation of work the analysis of mining-and-geological and mining technical descriptions of sheths is conducted 19 east lava of layer of С11 and 13 east lava of layer of С11 State Enterprise "Mine the name of M.S.Surgay". The calculations of expected metane relasse are executed within the limits of sheth, expense of air for ventilation of sheth and required diameter of gas pipeline. "Project of degassing of sheth of 19 east lava of layer of С11 State Enterprise "Mine the name of M.S.Surgay" is worked out. Worked out to "Recommendation on providing of gas safety of 13 east lava of layer of С11 during work without the gas-suction setting of ВМЦГ-7М State Enterprise "Mine the name of M.S.Surgay". Working off 13 east lava of layer of С11 is concerted with the maximally possible loading on a cleansing coalface a 850 ton/of Sothos without application of the isolated taking of methane from mine-out space by means of gas-suction ventilator of ВМЦГ-7М on condition of implementation of the worked out recommendations on providing of gas safety.
