During the work, the analysis and evaluation of anamnestic, clinical, radiological, laboratory and instrumental data were performed. As a result of the work, the peculiarities of the course, the most probable causes of infectious complications of bone fractures and trophic disorders of the shin tissues were identified and established, the main diagnostic criteria and indicators of the severity of trophic disorders were determined; peculiarities of clinical and instrumental indices were revealed and criteria for evaluation of the severity of trophic disorders in the shin tissues were established. Based on the results of pathomorphological, bacteriological, serological, immunological studies and clinical and instrumental examinations, the approach to the application of surgical and conservative treatment methods in patients with infectious and dystrophic complications of the shin bones is substantiated.
