The standard complex of diagnostic researches with the use of dynamic thoracometry based on mathematical modeling allows to stage the initial condition of the patient, to select the risk group and to predict the obtained result. The developed protocols of diagnostics, preoperative preparation, surgical treatment, postoperative management and complete stage rehabilitation of patients with pectus excavatum allow to avoid many complications, to choose the optimal method of treatment taking into account age, type and degree of deformity, and improve treatment outcomes.
