The goal of the work. The study of the influence of intense plastic deformation by the high-pressure torsion method on the distribution of chemical elements, structure and properties of titanium alloys, which was synthesized from a mixture of powder components; development of experimental technology for producing multifunctional nanostructured titanium alloys. Research Method. Methods of powder metallurgy and pressure treatment. Optical, transmission and scanning electron microscopy, X-ray energy dispersive and X-ray diffraction analysis, hydrostatic weighing, dyrometry, mechanical testing. Experimental calculation method of visioplasticity. Computer data processing. Finite element mathematical modeling. Results. It is shown that intense plastic deformation eliminates the chemical inhomogeneity that persists after the initial high-temperature sintering of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy and leads to a significant increase in its hardness. Experimental technology of obtaining nanostructured titanium alloys of medical and aviation purpose is created, which is based on the application of methods of intensive plastic deformation. The scheme of technological process is defined, and the technological map of receiving titanium semi-finished products of medical and aviation destination from powder alloys is developed. Estimated use of work results. The results of the work can be used in the development of industrial energy-efficient technology for the production of titanium semi-finished medical and aviation products from metal powders.
