The aim of the project is the development of scientific approaches to the creation of new functional polymer materials using fused deposition modeling method. Research methods - scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, determination of rheological properties, dynamic mechanical analysis, impact and static bending tests, hydrostatic weighing, retardation test, computer simulation. For the first time, a new method for producing multilayer fine fiber filter materials (FM) from a polypropylene/copolyamide (PP/CPA) mixture based on a combination of extrusion processing of polymer melt melts and the method of fused deposition modeling (FDM process) was proposed and implemented for the first time. The dependence of the PP fiberization process on the type of equipment used in the production of FMs, and the presence of nanosupplements (ZrO2 nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes) was revealed. Based on thermoplastic polyurethane, cellular materials of various internal architectures (lattice and interpenetrating honeycombs) are formed and the dependences of their physicomechanical properties on the shape of the cells, the direction of melt application, the direction of loading, and the presence of aggregate are established. A calculation method is proposed for modeling the reaction of a core architectural material to an external force or deformation action, based on the finite element method. The results obtained form the basis for the development of scientific approaches to the creation of new functional polymer materials with an improved or qualitatively new set of properties using additive technologies.
