The method of obtaining polymer-stabilized Ni nanoparticles was developed. One-, two- and multi-layer film materials with various content of electrically conductive and magnetic fillers have been created, characterized by simplified coating, the possibility of forming a magnetic layer from polymer-stabilized Ni dispersion and having low reflectance coefficients of electromagnetic radiation in the frequency range of 30 -40 GHz.
