In addition to analysis of the surface morphology and composition of the obtained coatings, special attention have been paid to the study of the processes of phase-structural transformations during the deposition process. It has been shown that all the obtained coatings contain no additional "parasitic" phases, but phases that may be formed during the deposition process are also biocompatible. As a result of medical and biological tests of developed implants with biocompatible coatings, the prospect of their use for the replacement of large defects of tubular bones and joints have been shown.
