It has been established and experimentally confirmed that when developing compositions of surfactants for the preparation of cotton knitwear, the damping and washing ability of surfactants is decisive. The physical and chemical properties of individual surfactants were studied, an assessment was made of their compatibility in the warehouses, the optimal technological parameters of the process of knitwear preparation were determined and the dependence of the quality of the knitted fabrics obtained from the composition of the finishing compositions was established. For the first time mathematical models of dependence of capillarity and degree of fixation of active dyes on technological parameters of bleaching process and concentration of compositions of surfactants, which allow to optimize the technological process of obtaining a high quality knit fabric, are obtained.
