The mixing method is used to determine the mechanical properties of the nanocomposite. The nonclassical models of shells, which make it possible to more accurately describe the process of thickness deformation, are used for analyze the behavior of the nanocomposite shell structures. A control scheme of the stressed state of composite structures with nano-reinforcement, which based on the use of various types of nano-reinforcement and varying the bulk part of nanofibers in the total volume of the composite, is proposed. A model and technique for calculating the dynamic characteristics of the components of the pyrotechnic separation system of composite rocket fairing, where an elastic-plastic damper is used to "relaxation" the impact contact, is developed. The model takes into account active plastic deformation of the damper, elastic unloading and one-way connections. Calculation exploratory researches are performed and the characteristics of the damper deformation are determined at which the maximum dynamic stresses in the components of the pyrotechnic system are minimized.
