The object of the research is the process of command and control of troops (forces) during the performance of service and combat tasks (SСT) by the National Guard (NG) of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to increase the effectiveness of command and control of troops (forces) during the implementation of the NGS NG of Ukraine by optimizing the structure, tasks and functions of the command and control centers of the NG of Ukraine at various levels . Research methods - a method of system analysis, a method of synthesis, mathematical modeling and optimization method. The result of the work is: an analysis of views on the management system NG of Ukraine; determine approaches to optimize the composition, structure, tasks and functions of the CC NG of Ukraine; justification of the composition of automation equipment and the number of personnel, which should be located on the main and additional CC NG of Ukraine; assessment of the automation efficiency of CC NG of Ukraine in the performance of SCT . The results of the work are planned to be used in the activities of the Head Office of the NG of Ukraine, the departments of operational and territorial associations of the NG of Ukraine, formations and military units of the NG of Ukraine to support the formation of the commander's intention during the SСT, as well as in the educational process of the National Academy of NG of Ukraine.
